During
the base level superficial treatment of Tonggu plate series, sharp edges and corners
of structure components should be ground into round with 20mm as the size of its
smallest inner diameter.
Since the purpose of using Tonggu carbon fiber
sheet material is to improve the structure components, we should ascertain the
state of base level surface to ensure the loading transmission from sheet to structure
surface.

Mix and use Tonggu primer according to the construction method in the product
data sheet. Paint it to the processed base level surface.

Tonggu putty fillers according to the construction method in the product data
sheet. Paint it uniformly to the base level surface, which is already painted
by primer. Smoothness is required.
Make saturating resin according
to the required portion and paint it uniformly to the base level surface, which
is already painted by primer and putty fillers. Adhere the sheet material to required
position and use scraper to scrape and press repeatedly until the saturating resin
is fully impregnated.

sunlight.
